We’re seeking a motivated professional to oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on high-rise projects. If you’re passionate about construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

1. Supervise all phases of high-rise construction, including foundation, structural works, facade installation, and interior finishes.
2. Ensure seamless coordination between civil, structural, and architectural elements.
3. Oversee and manage workers, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and adherence to construction standards.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and schedule.
6. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to resolve on-site challenges and technical issues.
7. Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation for project tracking.
8. Enforce compliance with local authority regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and company policies.
9. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
10. Address any site-related issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure smooth workflow.

Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
A Bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not required.

1–5 years in high-rise construction or architectural design.
Hands-on experience with construction high-rise & site supervision is an advantage.
