Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support critical applications and systems within the plant. Your role will involve maintaining production-related applications like PIMS, LIMS, and EAM, ensuring smooth OT–IT system integration, and supporting IoT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant degree, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical skills. This fully on-site position aims to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT application support.
  • Experience in OT/plant systems support or industrial digitalization.
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for production-related systems.
  • Ensure data connectivity between DCS/PLC and IT applications.
  • Support IoT sensors and digital monitoring solutions.
