- Perform general administrative duties like preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, procurement and assist in day to day operations.
- Handle recruitment processes such as drafting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
- Manage employee records, personal files and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Administer training and development programs including scheduling courses, tracking completions and providing certifications
- Process employee claims related to medical, insurance and other benefits in a timely and accurate manner
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational, time management and communication skills
