A global consumer health company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Site HR Lead to oversee the HR functions at their manufacturing site. We are seeking an experienced Site HR Lead to support both our Quality Supply Chain Manufacturing Site and Contract Manufacturing Business Unit (CMO). Based at our Ulu Kelang site, this role is a critical member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) – partnering closely with the Site Director (SD) and wider HR teams to drive strong People Plans, organisational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
This is a highly influential role that shapes our people strategy, strengthens leadership capability, and supports Haleon’s vision of delivering better everyday health with humanity.
