Qualifications

  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • Solid HRBP experience with senior stakeholders (Director/VP).
  • Manufacturing or complex single-site HR leadership experience.
  • Strong ER/IR and labour law expertise.
  • Proven track record driving culture, engagement, and change.
  • Analytical, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Site People Plan.
  • Use data and KPIs to steer site success.
  • Oversee talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Drive site training strategy and leadership development.
  • Diagnose site needs and lead impactful culture interventions.
  • Partner with Finance & Ops to optimise headcount.
