About the job:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key liaison partner between HR and business stakeholders in aligning business goals. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR Support, guidance and solutions across various HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, talent acquisition and employee relations. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering engaged workplace and safe working environments.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years with relevant HR Business Partner experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • A thorough understanding of country labour laws, compliance requirements across Asia Pacific Countries – Hong Kong and Australia
  • Experience in handling general payroll administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills In English and Cantonese, with the ability to manage written correspondence in English. And conversation Cantonese is essential to liaise with Cantonese speaking stakeholders.
  • Hands-on in analysing data, navigating with large data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Main Role and Responsibilities
  • To support and drive country with Key HR leader for people initiatives and collaborate with key leadership and manager.
  • Support and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and HR strategy according to global and local needs.
  • Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and business leaders in Hong Kong and Australia.
  • Manager employee relations matters, offering guidance on resolving workplace issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support the implementation of people initiatives including performance reviews, learning and development programs, and change management activities.
