Job summary

A growing construction company in Kota Tinggi, Johor is seeking an HR Executive to provide essential HR and administrative support. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, coordinating HR activities, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, with 2-3 years of experience and good communication skills in English and Mandarin. This position is full-time with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Company Overview

We are representing a growing construction company based in Kota Tinggi, Johor that provides quality building and roofing solutions. We are looking for a HR Executive to join their team and support recruitment and administration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in arranging orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Handle basic HR inquiries from employees.
  • Prepare and update HR documents such as letters, forms, contracts, staff files, etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
  • Coordinate HR activities, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Manage admin duties, including handling invoices.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum with a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree of Human Resources, Business Admin, Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3years of relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Due to business communication)
  • Willing to commit to a long-term position.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday,8:00am - 6:00pm
