Job summary

A multinational manufacturing company in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Human Resources Executive to assist in recruitment planning, supervise foreign worker attendance, and support corporate culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws. Company Background:

We are representing a multinational manufacturing company in the automotive industry based in Kulai, Johor. As they are setting up their new manufacturing line in Malaysia, they are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team.

Job Requirements:
  • Assist in formulating the annual recruitment plan, developing various recruitment channels, evaluating channel effectiveness, building a recruitment database, and controlling the recruitment cycle
  • Supervise and monitor attendance records of foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in executing organizational structure design and timely adjustments based on the company's strategic development needs
  • Support corporate culture initiatives and assist in implementing and promoting behavior alignment based on the performance management system
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish annual training plans, including internal and external training; monitor, track, and analyze training effectiveness
  • Assist the HR Manager in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs, annual manpower budgets, reports, and talent development plans for the headquarters and branches
  • Assist in organizing company events, including management review meetings, birthday celebrations, annual dinners, and other activities
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements & Details:
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar HR role
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and willing to proactively learn and handle labor relations
  • Experience in setting up or assisting in the establishment of a new HR department or HR systems will be an added advantage
