Job summary
A manufacturing company located in Seremban, Malaysia is looking for a candidate to manage foreign worker matters, assist in recruitment arrangements including onboarding and offboarding, and oversee office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in HR or Business Administration and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This position offers a 6-month contract with an option to convert to a permanent role.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Administration Studies.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling foreign worker matters would be an essential.
Responsibilities
- In-charge of foreign worker related matters.
- Assist on recruitment arrangement including onboarding & offboarding.
- Oversee the security guard performance.
- Perform office administrative tasks.
