A global home furnishings retailer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to support the HR department and store management. The role involves recruitment, ensuring competitive remuneration practices, and managing HR data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong process orientation, effective communication skills, and experience in performance management. This position requires someone who can drive change and support managers in people management issues.

You are a strong contributor to the HR department and store management team, provide subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way; in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.
