The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of statutory regulations and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding & retention programs.
• Ability to implement performance management and career growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR strategy and compliance aligned with business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage payroll and benefits.
• Handle employee relations and oversee training programs.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Employment Act & statutory regulations

Proficiency in Mandarin

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia

Education

Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field
