We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization’s strategic hiring needs. This role plays a key role in ensuring the acquisition of top talent while maintaining seamless recruitment operations.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive talent sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes efficiently.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].
