Job summary
A travel agency in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Tour Executive responsible for planning and managing tour itineraries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a diploma in Tourism or a related field, with strong communication skills in English and Malay, and have a customer-focused attitude. Experience in the travel industry is preferred but freshers with a strong interest in tourism are encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive salary and career development opportunities.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tours while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage tour itineraries and schedules inbound & outbound
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and vendors.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and tour confirmations
- Ensure smooth tour operations before, during, and after travel
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain tour records, reports, and documentation
- Lead the inbound/outbound group tour
- Support online/offline promotions
- Handle visa processing and documentation
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service centers
- Communicate effectively with clients in English (spoken & written)
- Good command of English / Malay (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Malaysian Nationality or PR Only.
- Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field (preferred)
- Min 1-2 years experience in travel/tour industry
- Freshers with strong interest in tourism may also apply
