We are looking for a dynamic and organized Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tours while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage tour itineraries and schedules inbound & outbound
  • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and vendors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and tour confirmations
  • Ensure smooth tour operations before, during, and after travel
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain tour records, reports, and documentation
  • Lead the inbound/outbound group tour
  • Support online/offline promotions
  • Handle visa processing and documentation
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service centers
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English (spoken & written)
Requirements
  1. Good command of English / Malay (spoken and written) is mandatory
  2. Malaysian Nationality or PR Only.
  3. Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality preferred
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  6. Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems (preferred)
  8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field (preferred)
  2. Min 1-2 years experience in travel/tour industry
