Job summary
A prominent hospitality company in Genting Highlands is looking for individuals to assist customers with exceptional service in a variety of tasks. This role requires fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Successful candidates will greet guests, manage their luggage, escort them to rooms, and explain hotel facilities. This position is vital for providing an excellent customer experience in a thriving tourist area.
Qualifications
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with their bags and luggages.
- Courteously greeting customers and providing high quality service.
- Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms.
- Occasionally parking and retrieving guest’s vehicle.
- Assisting customers with their needs.
- Explaining to the customers the hotel’s rules and facilities.
