Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality experience of 2-4 years or minimum of 2 years in the same role.
• In-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure, or service sector.
• Familiarity with sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process all purchase requests submitted by Department/Outlets.
• Coordinate with Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders.
• Source supplies and negotiate commercial terms.
• Liaise with suppliers to research new products.
• Compare prices charged by suppliers to ensure best deals.
