HOPE Consultancy Services is hiring Shadow Aides and ABA Therapists to support children with special needs across school and home settings.

• Provide one-to-one learning and behavioural support to students with special needs in school settings
• Support the child’s academic engagement, emotional regulation, and social participation
• Implement strategies and guidance provided by HOPE’s therapists and consultants
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and task completion
• Observe, document, and report the child’s progress and challenges as required

• Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated, with the ability to manage challenges professionally
• Open to learning, receptive to guidance, and committed to professional growth
• Background in psychology, education, special education, or related fields is an advantage
• Prior experience working with children is an advantage; however, training and support will be provided
