A design-centered company in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience, is proficient in Figma, and can communicate in Mandarin for client interactions. 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
Experience in mobile or web product design is a plus
Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team.
Required language: Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Possess basic IT development knowledge, allowing smoother communication with engineering teams.

Able to assist in bridging design and development by preparing developer-friendly assets, documentation, and interaction guidelines.
Knowledge of technical limitations such as loading performance, image compression, and responsive behavior.
