Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability

• Experience in mobile or web product design is a plus

Additional Responsibilities (Candidates with basic IT development knowledge may be considered for a higher salary range)

• Possess basic IT development knowledge, allowing smoother communication with engineering teams.

• Understand fundamental concepts of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration during design handoff.

• Able to read or understand simple front-end code structures to ensure design feasibility.

• Understand API-based workflows and how data is displayed in the UI.

• Able to assist in bridging design and development by preparing developer-friendly assets, documentation, and interaction guidelines.

• Knowledge of technical limitations such as loading performance, image compression, and responsive behavior.

• Analyze content performance data (e.g., click-through rates, engagement) to guide future design improvements.
