Nature of Business:

Furniture for F&B and Hotel, Coffee Bean, Coffee Machine

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong auditing background to lead and oversee our financial operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all financial matters within the organization.

1. Finance & Accounting
  • Prepare and manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, and month‑end closing.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor cash flow of the company on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as necessary.
2. Audit & Tax
  • Oversee statutory audits and ensure timely completion of audited financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including tax filings (corporate tax, VAT/GST, etc.).
  • Prepare and review tax computations and liaise with external tax consultants/auditors.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal SOP and policies practices.
3. Payroll & HR‑Related
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (EPF/SOCSO/PCB or equivalent).
  • Manage employee claims, benefits administration, and HR‑related financial matters.
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping of employment‑related data and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in an audit firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, SQL, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
