We are a Japanese manufacturing company producing industrial air‑conditioning equipment. Our main office is in Bayan Baru, with service operations in Bukit Mertajam and Kulim. Our team is stationed at the Bayan Baru office (mostly work from home or visiting customers).

We are looking for a talented individual in a Business Development position.

Business Development Responsibilities
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through cold‑calling and emailing.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers via messenger, email, and inbound calls.
AC Service Operation Planning and Administration
  • Create operation plans based on customer enquiries and existing projects.
  • Analyze sales and expense reports for further improvement.
  • Manage the service team and review performance.
Onsite Support for AC Service
  • Go to customers’ places to oversee projects and communicate with customers.
Business Development Activities
  • Prepare revenue and cost analysis.
  • Propose new business ideas.
  • Develop sales plans and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries through messenger, email, and inbound calls.
Expected Experience and Qualifications
