Job summary
A leading retail company located in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia, is looking for a CSR Coordinator to manage and implement community engagement initiatives. This role involves managing sponsorships, tracking CSR performance, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree related to business or communications, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for social initiatives are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications

- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong writing and presentation skills are an added advantage.

- Plan, coordinate, and implement CSR programs and initiatives.
- Manage sponsorships, donations, and employee volunteer activities.
- Monitor, track, and report on CSR performance and outcomes.

- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and develop CSR communication materials, including reports, social media content, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure all CSR activities comply with company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing annual CSR plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Support internal awareness activities to promote CSR culture within the organization.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, community engagement, or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about social, environmental, and community-focused initiatives.
- Strong writing and presentation skills are an added advantage.
