Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement CSR programs, initiatives, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage sponsorships, donations, and employee volunteer activities to support community engagement.
• Monitor, track, and report on CSR performance, outcomes, and social impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and develop CSR communication materials, including reports, social media content, newsletters, and press releases.
• Ensure all CSR activities comply with company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing annual CSR plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Support internal awareness activities to promote CSR culture within the organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, community engagement, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
