Responsibilities
  1. Assist the department head in the overall planning, allocation and optimized management of the company's various resources to ensure the stability of resource supply for business operations and project progress.
  2. Coordinate with TNB, SAJ, TM and other relevant authorities/departments to clarify project-related resource access requirements. Track the progress of resource approval, construction, and implementation, and promptly coordinate and resolve issues such as qualification applications, construction coordination, and schedule delays during the liaison process to ensure the smooth advancement of project resource support links.
  3. Establish and maintain long‑term stable cooperative relationships with relevant government authorities, industrial park management institutions, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular communication, business negotiations, and other activities to timely grasp policy updates and industry resource information, secure resource support for the company's compliant business operations and project approval/implementation, and foster a favorable external cooperation environment.
  4. Formulate resource management‑related systems and processes, optimize resource utilization efficiency, control resource acquisition and maintenance costs, and enhance the standardization of resource management.
  5. Track and monitor the utilization status of various resources, conduct resource utilization evaluations, propose resource optimization and adjustment suggestions, and ensure precise alignment between resource allocation and business development needs.
  6. Align resource requirements, coordinate overall resource allocation, and resolve cross‑departmental resource collaboration issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Management is preferred.
  • Understanding of key requirements for industrial or data center projects (electrical power, planning, infrastructure).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills; Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia can be used as working languages.
