This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty consultation service and expert advice to our clients on a wide range of beauty treatments and products.
- Delivering high-quality consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments and products
- Performing a variety of beauty treatments and therapies such as facials, whitening treatment, manicure and pedicure
- Maintaining detailed client records and managing appointments
- Ensuring the spa and treatment rooms are kept clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
- Contributing to the growth and development of the business by actively promoting products and services
- Continuously expanding your product and treatment knowledge to provide the best possible advice to clients
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within the beauty and spa industry
- A passion for all things beauty and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
- Strong product knowledge and the confidence to recommend the right treatments and products
- A friendly, professional and approachable demeanour
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related discipline
