Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Malaysia is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic clinical tasks. Good communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a friendly, patient-focused attitude. This full-time position is open to candidates with minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualifications. No prior experience is required.

They deliver preventive health tests, screening, and training related to ageing, falls, cognition and wellness among the elderly, and offer programmes, assessments and education for allied professionals, partners and the general public in the field of geriatric health and aging.
They are seeking a mature candidate for the role of Clinic Assistant in their centre at Section 19 Petaling Jaya to support daily clinic operations and assist healthcare professionals in ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule appointments and manage records
- Assist with basic clinical tasks (vitals, preparing rooms)
- Handle billing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills

- Clinic or healthcare experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
