Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the management when necessary.
• Prepare and cook menu items (e.g., burgers, fries, drinks) according to Fuel Shack’s standardized recipes and quality specifications.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Adhere to all company policies, as well as local health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure timely service.
