We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MyeongDong Topokki Bayan Lepas, located in the vibrant Solaria Square area. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and leading your team to success.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Provide training and support to restaurant staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver a superior dining experience to our customers
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed
