A leading food manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a QA professional to ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs. Responsibilities include monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) and acting as the shift-level QA representative. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related fields, has minimum 2 years of experience, and preferably HACCP certification. This role offers a competitive salary starting from RM2.2K based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibility: To ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor; to monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational PRPs (OPRSs), hygiene, labeling, and documentation; to act as the shift-level QA representative for production zones (clean area, dirty area, and morning shift) and to support issue escalation, corrective actions, traceability, and internal/external audit preparation.
