Job summary

An established manufacturing firm in Klang City is looking for a Production Executive to manage operations emphasizing productivity, GMP, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Biotechnology or related fields and has at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Production Executive / Production Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Operations and management of production with the emphasis on productivity, GMP and cost effectiveness
• Handle overall plant and factory production, operations and facilities management
• Assist in achieving optimum productivity on production floor and ensure production schedule and targets are met
• Actively involve in planning of Production Schedule, Manpower, Process Flow and Quality Plans
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of ISO and GMP system of Manufacturing Department
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors in daily plant management

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology/Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2years working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
• Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team player, problem solver, observant and strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to converse in Chinese dialects would be an added advantage as this would enable to communicate with Chinese-speaking staff or suppliers.
• Knowledge in ISO, GMP and HACCP would be an added advantage.
