A prominent banking institution in Malaysia is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time role focusing on customer profitability, account strategy, and relationship management. Responsibilities include analyzing customer accounts, serving as a primary contact for queries, and developing new business opportunities. The successful applicant will engage with key decision-makers and maintain the integrity of credit files. This role encompasses various financial analyses and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsabilités
Conduct customer profitability analysis and account strategy formulation with product specialists.
Serve as the primary contact for customer queries on credit, deposits, and services.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers.
Identify suitable prospects and develop new business relationships.
Perform financial & risk analysis and prepare credit presentations for approvals.
Coordinate with other departments for portfolio development and service delivery.
Conduct periodic health checks on customer portfolios and review credit-worthiness.
Monitor asset quality and initiate necessary restructuring or legal actions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Ensure credit files are properly maintained.
