Responsibilities

• Conduct customer profitability analysis and account strategy formulation with product specialists.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer queries on credit, deposits, and services.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify suitable prospects and develop new business relationships.
• Perform financial & risk analysis and prepare credit presentations for approvals.
• Coordinate with other departments for portfolio development and service delivery.
• Conduct periodic health checks on customer portfolios and review credit-worthiness.
• Monitor asset quality and initiate necessary restructuring or legal actions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure credit files are properly maintained.
