Junior ERP Finance Analyst – Cash Flow & Reporting
Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a Junior Finance Executive in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves preparing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in financial reporting. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, with Mandarin fluency preferred. The position offers a structured environment and support for ERP system implementation.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles (e.g., MFRS, IFRS).
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, record, and process daily financial transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
