Finance Analyst – Settlement (KL Eco City)

We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst - Settlement to join the dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in our KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance business partner in promoting automation and intelligent analysis of network operation data.
• Responsible for budget management, measurement, forecasting, and analysis for the assigned region.
• Responsible for regular financial performance analysis of the assigned region.
• Responsible for sorting and analyzing specific projects or business units within the region, and coordinating with relevant departments for optimization.
• Assist the finance business partner in preparing analysis reports and providing market insights for decision-making.
• Responsible for identifying and analyzing operational abnormalities in the assigned region, and assisting the finance business partner in proposing solutions.
• Assist the finance business partner or business side in promoting other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance analyst role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong logical thinking, ability to summarize and communicate effectively, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
• Preferably has experience in financial/business analysis, budgeting, cost control, or business partnering (BP), or experience in data analysis/IE (industrial engineering) roles.
• Experience in large-scale internet or technology companies (such as ByteDance, TikTok, Xiaomi, Huawei, Ant Group, Meituan, Gree, CATL, CRRC, Huahai Biotech, etc.) is a plus.
