Your role in our team:

• Leading a team in providing internal technical and commercial sales support during the pre-order phase
• Leading a team in managing complex technical customer projects from offer to execution
• Leading a team in commercial order processing and coordination of complex machine sales projects throughout offer, order, and delivery stages
• Collaborating effectively with stakeholders, partners, and project teams globally on various topics
• Managing interdisciplinary project teams worldwide, including onsite at customer locations
• Ensuring smooth project implementation, risk assessment, and planning of countermeasures
• Regular status reporting and project controlling regarding milestones, costs, and scope

Your profile:

• Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
• 5 to 8 years of professional and management experience in technical roles
• Experience in customer engagement
• Strong project management skills with international exposure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical topics
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Willing to travel worldwide, focusing on Southeast Asia
