Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia seeks a Technical Expert to apply advanced engineering concepts, lead projects, and improve processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or related fields and significant experience (6–10 years) in technical system installation and maintenance. Technical Leadership & Expertise

Apply in-depth knowledge of own engineering discipline and foundational understanding of related technical areas.

Solve complex technical problems by applying advanced engineering concepts and new perspectives to existing challenges.

Work independently with minimal guidance and exercise strong professional judgment in critical situations.

Serve as a technical resource for engineers with less experience, offering informal mentoring and guidance.

Project Coordination & Execution

Lead and execute project steps or technical workstreams within larger engineering or service projects.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with operational processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Process Improvement

Contribute to ongoing improvement of engineering processes, service quality, and technical methodologies.

Identify recurring technical issues and recommend enhancements to procedures, tools, or system configurations.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
