A leading tech company in Malaysia is looking for a support specialist to guide and troubleshoot customer issues via various channels. The role involves performing troubleshooting, escalation based on SLAs, and documenting outcomes accurately. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science and at least one year of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong skills in MS SQL Server and MYSQL are important for this position.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting via phone, email, support portal call and remote support.
Provide consultation to internal teams and customer on automotive operation and solution related areas.
Perform troubleshooting of reported issues and also perform proper escalation when necessary based on SLA and WLA.
Accurately and concisely capture and document issues as well as information gathered and troubleshooting outcome in the relevant tracking systems and guides.
Follow up closely on issues logged with respective parties to ensure remedy, resolution is provided to the client.
Ensure and provide prompt updates on issues logged.
Perform standby and after office hour support whenever your service is needed.
Regularly report and communicate work status and issues to the assigned Head of Managed Services.
Possess Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
