A leading technology firm in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a professional to manage IT infrastructure, focusing on hardware and software maintenance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, and fluency in English. Additional language skills in Malay and Mandarin are advantageous. - At least 1 years working experience
- Good knowledge of Cisco/HPE Layer2/Layer3 Switch, AP, Understanding with LAN troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of x86 Server and PC hardware maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office(Word, Excel, Outlook…).
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Malay and Mandarin (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan)
- In charge of all IT infrastructure maintenance, excludes Server, Switch, WiFi , etc.
- In charge of OA hardware and software maintenance.
- Computer-related exception handling
- On-site network maintenance and handling
- SFIS system maintenance and exception handling
- Printer maintenance
- IT-related material management and issuance)
