Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in servicing coffee machines, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement.
• Manufacturer certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 10 service technicians.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor spare parts inventory.
