The position involves managing all mechanical engineering aspects of projects, including design, budgeting, and team leadership. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or semiconductor industries, with strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and candidates must be willing to work in Penang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' field experience in construction managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, especially Cleanroom principles.
• Strong leadership, able to manage staff and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Mechanical engineering works from concept to completion.
• Lead team performance appraisal and manpower planning.
• Prepare scope of work and monitor project budgets for Mechanical works.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
