Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia seeks a Quality Management Specialist to maintain and implement QMS procedures, conduct audits, and analyze quality data. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality and 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of ISO and IATF standards is essential. This role offers a competitive salary in the range of RM 4,500 - 7,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implement QMS procedures in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
• Support CAPA implementation and follow‑up.
• Review and update quality documentation, including SOPs, control plans, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements (JR):

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality management systems in automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 QMS requirements.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, and documentation management.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Salary Range: RM 4,500 - 7,000
