To support this growth, a Corporate Planning Office is being established, seeking dynamic young professionals to lead in strategy development, M&A activities, and global business expansion as founding team members.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement growth strategies for global expansion.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new businesses and market development.
Manage budget planning, KPIs, and reporting to management.
Identify and research M&A targets among global medical institutions.
Support acquisition negotiations, due diligence, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Promote partnerships and alliances with local medical institutions.
Support the launch of new clinics (site selection, operational model design, etc.).
Develop initiatives to improve operations and maximize revenue at existing locations.
Drive digital transformation (DX) to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
