We’re searching for an awesome Strategic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and help drive innovation in our fire safety industry. 1. Manage the CIO’s schedule, meetings, emails, and files with finesse, ensuring everything stays on point.
2. Guide innovation projects by maintaining timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking goals to ensure timely delivery.
3. Act as a professional connector for the CIO, engaging with teammates, clients, and partners to strengthen relationships.
4. Take notes during meetings, compile team ideas, and assist with strategic planning.
5. Monitor the CIO’s budget, track expenses, and handle invoices diligently.
6. Research tech trends and industry insights to support informed decision-making.
7. Support the Managing Director or Executive Director as needed, handling additional tasks with enthusiasm.
8. Follow company policies and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards with care.

We’re looking for someone ready to make a difference. Here’s what we’d love to see in you:

• A Diploma or Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communications, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or Corporate Communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment like admin, HR, project coordination, or relevant industries such as fire safety, tech, or operations.
• Excellent multitasking skills, organized and composed under pressure.
• Clear communication skills, both written and spoken, with a mature professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
