A leading property development firm is seeking an experienced Executive Director for projects in Southern Region, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing all aspects of property development, including project planning, construction management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree. A competitive salary ranging from RM30,000 to RM50,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in property development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and head the property development company in Southern Region.
• Responsible for overall project planning and design management.
• Supervise external consultants in preparation of Civil/Structural works.
