This role involves developing and implementing engineering strategies, improving manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing strategic direction for assigned projects and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Drive improvement, leveraging the latest technologies relevant to our industry.
• Identify and implement cost‑effective raw material options and develop strategies for cost containment.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, including process optimization, prototype creation, and final product delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure the successful completion of all projects through effective project management, regular monitoring, and follow‑up.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the engineering team.
• Drive innovation, manage equipment and infrastructure, and collaborate with other departments such as R&D and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product development within the electronics industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product development and delivery.
