Proficiency in Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify is essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Ability to work during midnights/weekends due to campaign requirements.
  • Thrives in dynamic and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute checklist of actionable items during campaigns.
  • Work with CRM and marketplace platforms after pricing confirmation.
  • Create/Improve SKU listings for optimal customer experience.
  • Handle website banners and freebies updates.
  • Submit forecasts to operation team for manpower allocation.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator who will be connecting difference marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs.

This driven person will also need to manage relationship with Lazada and Shopee to learn about the latest tools and updates from the platforms. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator but are not limited to:

  • Execute checklist of actionable during campaigns.
  • Work with CRM, creative, marketplace platforms after campaign pricing confirmed.
  • Create/Improve SKU listings to ensure our customer experiences are the best.
  • Handle all our website (www.prismplus.my) banners and freebies updates.
  • Submit forecast to operation team for them to plan manpower allocation.
  • Proficient in Lazada, Shopee Seller Centre Portal (>1 years of Experience).
  • Proficient in Shopify portal (>1 year of Experience).
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferred to be in a e-commerce company.
  • Ability to work during midnights/weekends during to campaign requirements.
  • Thrives in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments, a hustler.
  • A strong level of passion to understand thoroughly performance advertisement growth metrics.
