Key Responsibilities:
Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for mechanical systems and components.
Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate execution of drawings.
Review and revise drawings to reflect design changes and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards (e.g., ANSI, ISO, GD&T).
Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for manufacturability and efficiency.
Maintain drawing databases and version control processes.
Conduct tolerance analysis and assist in prototype and production phases.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and dimensioning practices.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
