PRODUCTION COORDINATOR EXECUTIVE
Job summary
A manufacturing company in Kapar, Selangor is seeking an individual to act as a key coordinator between various teams, handle scheduling and loading arrangements, and maintain operational records. Responsibilities include preparing sales contract documents, monitoring bulk loading activities, and supporting supervisors in problem-solving. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key coordinator between operation, sales/marketing, and packing teams.
- Handle dispatch scheduling, loading arrangements, and delivery follow-ups.
- Prepare and update sales contract documents for internal approval.
- Monitor bulk loading activities to ensure accurate product issuance.
- Maintain operational records and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support supervisors and managers in daily coordination and problem-solving tasks.
