Qualifications
  • Good time-management, resourceful and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently, but also able to organize and coordinate all operational efforts.
  • Willing to get hands dirty by dabbling in areas needed for a smooth operation.
  • Good communication skills and required language(s): BM, English.
  • A keen eye for detail and can quickly adapt to change.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in administration or an equivalent field.
  • Have the flexibility to work during weekends if required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the studio supplies including studio maintenance, stationery, pantry items, toiletries, medical items, merchandise related.
  • Track orders, ensure purchased items meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Manage inventories and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Assist with the research, compare and evaluate offers from new suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain and update supplier information.
  • Manage regular studio maintenance routine check-up.
  • Assist with studio maintenance, operational or construction related arrangement and communications.
  • Assist with any events set up happening at the studio or outside of the studio.
  • Oversee and monitor external on-site technician and handyman duties.
  • Hold high esteem for work quality and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timeline.
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
