A leading telecommunications company in Malaysia is seeking a brand management specialist to enhance brand engagement through social media and events. Responsibilities include managing media relations, executing brand events, and creating engaging content. Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in branding and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Assist in maintaining good relationships with media partners, including daily communication and follow-ups on coverage.
Handle press release distribution and the execution of brand-related media coverage.
Responsible for daily management of the brand’s social media platforms, including content posting, comment interaction, and community engagement.
Assist in planning creative content (images, videos, short clips, livestreams, etc.) to enhance brand exposure and engagement.
Support communication and coordination with KOLs/Influencers, and manage content delivery and performance tracking for collaborations.
Assist in planning and executing brand opening events, exhibitions, experiential days, workshops, and other offline activities.
Responsible for on-site setup, material preparation, guest reception, and process coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
Collect and organize data on media coverage, social media interactions, and event feedback.
Assist in preparing event summaries and performance reports to provide insights for future improvements.
Collaborate with the brand manager and other teams on cross-department projects.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and the execution of brand-related assignments.
Diploma or Degree in Branding or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in brand management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong sense of detail and brand presentation.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with both HQ and .
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for store visits when required.
