What you'll be doing
  • Receive, verify, and record supplier/customer invoices.
  • Organize hardcopy and digital records (e.g., payment vouchers, receipts, contracts).
  • Maintain spreadsheets for expenses tracking.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing POs for office supplies, services, or project materials.
  • Ensure PO matches invoice and delivery order before payment.
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
